First Idea Corporate Gifting Private Limited. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product or service listed on this website or catalogue at any time, without prior notice and without providing any reason.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Conditions of Sale

• Orders are processed based on valid registration and confirmation of payment.
• Once a product or corporate gift is selected, it will be dispatched to the provided shipping address using a trusted courier/logistics partner.
• All products are quality checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, First Idea Corporate Gifting Private Limited. is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party service providers.
• Products once sold are non returnable, only manufacturing defects found can be exchanged with same brand, no other products will be provided or supplied

3. Product Representation & Customization

• All product visuals are for illustration purposes only.
• Product specifications may vary due to availability, manufacturer updates, or model revisions.
• For customized items, variations in branding, size, color, print technique, or finish may occur due to production limitations or material availability.
• First Idea Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee an exact match between the final delivered product and any digital previews or samples.

4. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters or disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Decisions taken by the management of First Idea Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding in all matters.

5. Gift Vouchers & Cards

• Gift vouchers/cards are valid only until the date mentioned on the card.
• No extension or revalidation will be entertained after expiry.
• Lost, misplaced, or stolen cards will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• All vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.
• Incomplete or incorrect address details (like missing door or apartment number, PIN code, Mobile number, etc.)  may result in failed delivery.
• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will bear reshipping costs.
• An address correction fee of 2% of the product value will apply for any amendments after confirmation.
• Please notify us immediately if any errors are found in your confirmation email before the shipping of the product.
• Payments made through Credit / Debit Card, American Express will attract additional charges as per banking standard apart from the Invoice Value.
