At First Idea Corporate Gifting Private Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and return guidelines carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Approval of cancellation requests will depend on the order status at the time of request. If the product has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted for special occasion or limited-time promotional products, as these are customized or curated specifically for time-bound campaigns.

2. Returns & Replacements

• Products once sold are non returnable, only manufacturing defects found can be exchanged with same brand, no other products will be provided or supplied
  
• Return or replacement requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the product.
• Eligible reasons include:
  • Receipt of an incorrect item
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Item delivered is expired or unfit for use
• Customers must share sufficient proof (including photographs) to support the claim and allow our team to assess the situation.

If a product is damaged in transit:

• Please contact our Customer Support within 12 hours of receipt.
• Share clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product for us to initiate a claim with the courier service provider.

3. Replacement Process

• If your request is approved, a replacement of the same product will be arranged.
• In case the same product is unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equivalent value after discussing options with you.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days once the request is approved.
• Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment. However, delays may occur depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
